‘World Entrepreneurship Day’ celebrated at IMS, Jammu

The Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) Jammu celebrated ‘World Entrepreneurship Day’ by honouring Ms. Sana Chouhan owner of Sana Chouhan Makeup and Beauty, and Mr. Sahil Gupta Alumni Computer science department of IMS.

This event was part of a series of activities undertaken by Institution innovation Cell of IMS Jammu to increase entrepreneurial activity amongst students of BBA and BCA.

The session started with a warm welcome to the entrepreneurs by Management Department Coordinator IMS, Mrs. Divya Jamwal followed by an interactive session by Guest speaker Ms. Sana Chouhan.

She shared her journey of self- reliability, struggle, confidence, and eventual success with the current students and thereby inspiring and motivating the next generation.

Thereafter, the event was followed by the Alumni entrepreneur being felicitated with Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards.

The session was concluded by Prof Dr. J R Dhotra who applauded their achievements and thanked the entrepreneurs for their invaluable insights. The session concluded with the formal vote of thanks by Assistant professor Ms. Gurshish Kour.
