]]> Institute of management sciences (IMS) organized an activity “Wordsworth” for the students of management studies. The activity was planned in order to enhance the knowledge of the students. It comprised of 3 rounds.

Round 1 focussed on word building to understand the varied subject areas, students could think of.

Round 2 dealt with the names of the corporates. The students were quite spontaneous and proactive in this round.

Round 3 was named the business personalities. The winners were awarded goodies to motivate them.

The institute organizes such innovative activities for the management students at a regular interval to keep the students in touch with the business trends.

]]> “Case study analysis” is a regular practice at IMS. As a part of this activity, students are given different problems faced by the businesses, they are given time to read, analyse and give suggestions to overcome these problems. This helps to enhance their skills at delineating the core problems faced by business, applying concepts, principles and analytical skills and developing effective templates for business problem-solving that students can apply at their jobs.
