Dr, Isha Sharma – Assistant Professor, ICccR &HRM, University of Jammu, was the resource person for the lecture. She is also the Regional Mentor of Change for Atal Innovation Mission, Niti Aayog, Government of India. She spoke on the Topic: Change Management: Managing People-Tech Interfaces in Future Workplaces.

The session started with a welcome address by Asst. Prof Ms. Gurshish Kour. This was followed by an hour-long session by Dr. Isha on how futuristic skills such as HR analytics, Artificial intelligence, and Digital technology will drive employment opportunities and organization’s in the coming years.

She focused on changes sweeping through Work, Workplace, and Workforces and encouraged students to ready themselves with the changing scenario in the job market. The lecture ended with a Q & A session with the students and faculty. The session was concluded by Asst Prof. Dr, Meenakshi Sharma, who presented the formal Vote of Thanks.
