National Education day was celebrated by Institute of Management Sciences

National Education day was celebrated by Institute of Management Sciences on 9th of November, 2022. The event witnessed various student engaging activities like Essay writing competition and Nukad Natak. The theme of the essay competition was “Relevance of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad’s reforms  in today’s times”.
The winners for the competition are
1st position – Parul Thakur -BBA 5 sem
2nd position – Ankita Gupta – BCA 1st sem
3rd position – Sujal pandita BBA 3rd sem
The second leg of the activities witnessed Nukad Natak’s performance. The event was primarily addressed by Prof J R Dhotra sir highlighting the importance of the education in the current times followed by the speech from Dr Meenakshi Sharma, Director IMS who emphasised on the changing scenarios in regards to the meaning and evolution of education. The Nukad Natak along with delivering a stellar performance also delivered the message of  changing facets of knowledge and education in today’s society.
Subsequently to conclude the event, the Vote of Thanks was delivered by Mrs. Sheetal Sharma, Assistant prof, IMS.
