Interactive session on Innovation Design and Design Thinking

Institute of Management Sciences, Jammu organized an Interactive session on Innovation” by Er.

Lovneesh Talwar, HOD, Department of Electrical Engineering YCET Jammu. The Resource person highlighted the scenario regarding innovation, technological transformation and commercialization.

He discussed the basics of Design and its importance using case studies and business world

examples. The Guest Lecture was attended by the students and faculty of BBA, BCA and MBA

courses.

The session started with a welcome address by Dr. Meenakshi Sharma, Director IMS. This was followed by an hour-long session by the guest of honour where he interacted with students in regards to innovative and design thinking. He highlighted the impact of innovation and research. He

also answered the various queries of the students. The session was concluded by Er. Divya Jamwal,

Asst. Professor IMS who presented the formal vote of thanks and thanked the speaker for his valuable words and insights.
