Independence Day Celebrations at IMS, Jammu
The Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) celebrated Independence Day today with great enthusiasm and patriotism. T The day began with a plantation drive, where students brought plants to sow in the college garden, symbolizing the hope and growth of the country with the new generation. Then the Director, IMS along with faculty, staff and students hoisted the national flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem, “Jana Gana Mana,” instilling a deep sense of pride among all present.
Students showcased their patriotism through a series of performances, including heartfelt renditions of patriotic songs and recitation of poetry. These expressions of national pride resonated deeply with the audience, reflecting the spirit of the occasion.
In line with the celebrations, the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) Club of IMS organized the *Sustainable Startup Brainstorm* activity for BBA and BCA 3rd and 5th semester students.
