IMS organized a Faculty Development Program

The Institute of Management Sciences, Jammu organized a Faculty Development Programme on 7th April, 2022 in the college campus. Dr. Anil Gupta , Associate Professor, School of Hospitality & Tourism Management (SHTM) was the resource person for FDP. He has over 17 years of academic experience with various publications in reputed academic journals. The focus of the program was on Research Fundamentals and Journal Publication.  During the FDP, he encouraged the faculty to go for impactful and meaningful research. He provided helpful tips to improve the research work and journal publications.

The session started with a welcome address by  Director, IMS — Prof Dr. J R Dhotra who emphasized on importance of Research in improving skills of faculty and important way to impart quality education to students.
