IMS organises Motivational workshop

The Institute of Management Sciences, Jammu organized a Session on the  topic “Finding Passion and Purpose in your Profession”  for the faculty members of  YCET and IMS on 19th August, 2023 in the college campus.

The speaker for the session was Er. Nidhi Jamwal, who is currently designated as Chief coordinator in IMS since 2015, handling academic operations. She is also Working as Part-Time Life Coach,  providing Core Skills Training for Effective Client Management and employee engagement in US based IT Firms and Life skills Training to Mid level managers and entry level employees in Corporates around Chennai, Coimbatore and Hyderabad.

The focus of the program was to enlighten the realm of finding passion and purpose  in their respective fields. She enlightened the faculty members to realise their potential  in their profession so as to give meaning to their work everyday. She also highlighted the essence of employee engagement and it’s impact on the organization.

The session became a great motivator as it regurgitated the fire within faculty members to put a pedal on their professional & personal aspirations.

The session concluded with a sapling presentation to the speaker as a token of appreciation from the faculty of IMS and YCET. The session was concluded by a formal Vote of Thanks presented by Coordinator ,  Management Department Mrs. Divya Jamwal.
