IMS, Jammu organized Manthan’23 – A Business and Technical conclave

Institute of Management Sciences, Jammu organized Manthan’23 – A Business and Technical conclave on 7th April 2023 in the college campus. The event aimed to bring together students from various institutes to participate in a range of events and showcase their skills and talents.

The event was inaugurated by our esteemed Chief guest, Er. Vidhi. S. Jamwal, Chairman, Jamwal Group. The Chief Guest was presented with a bouquet as a token of our gratitude by Dr Meenakshi Sharma, Director, IMS. The inauguration ceremony was also graced by the presence of Prof. J.R. Dhotra, faculty members and students of IMS and other institutions. The event featured an array of competition such as Group discussions, Ad Mad, Launch of the product, Quiz, Code-A-Thon and Treasure Hunt. These events were designed to stimulate creative thinking, promote teamwork, and develop problem-solving skills in the participants.

The Participation were from various colleges from the Jammu Province such as MAM college, Women’s College Parade, JK College, Dogra degree college, Trikuta College etc. and more than 200 students participated to showcase their skills and competed with their peers from other colleges. The conclave concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, which was graced by our Special Guest – Mrs Shwetima Jamwal, Programming Head, 98.3 Mirchi Jammu. The winners of the various events were awarded for their performance in the competitions. A formal Vote of Thanks from Dr. Meenakshi Sharma, Director IMS where she expressed gratitude to all the participants, sponsors, and staff who made this event possible.
