IMS, Jammu organised “Aarambh- 23” an Induction program for the students of BBA/BCA 1st semester

Institute of Management Sciences organised “Aarambh- 23” an Induction program for the students of BBA/BCA 1st semester on  1st November 2023 in the college campus.

The inaugural ceremony witnessed the presence of Guest speaker Ms. Monika Mitter, founder of Aradhana-A Ray of hope (NGO), Er. Vidhi Singh Jamwal, Chairman, Jamwal group of educational institutions, Senior Professor, Prof. JR. Dhotra, faculty members and students.

The program commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony by the Chairman JGEI, Senior professor,IMS and Guest for the session. This was followed by an address by Professor JR Dhotra , who introduced the institute and it’s history to the new students. Following this Chairman ,Jamwal Group, Er. Vidhi S. Singh Jamwal shared his views with the students about their aspirations ,expectations and future endeavours.

The inaugural program also witnessed a guest session by Ms. Monika Mitter who interacted and highlighted the different pathways for students. She also highlighted her entrepreneurial journey to make them realise their dreams and motivated them to fulfill their aspirations. The inaugural ceremony concluded with memento presentation by Professor JR Dhotra to Ms Monika Mitter as a token of our appreciation.The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Gurshish Kour, Assistant professor, IMS .
