IMS Jammu Hosts Session on Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit
The Institution Innovation Council (IIC) at IMS Jammu organized an enriching session on “Achieving Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit,” led by Er. Divya Jamwal, Coordinator of the Management Department.
Er. Jamwal highlighted the importance of understanding and addressing customer needs as the cornerstone of any successful business. She explained how identifying real-world problems and aligning solutions to them ensures the development of impactful products. She also stressed that businesses must continuously adapt to changing market conditions, innovate, and prioritize customer satisfaction to achieve lasting success.
The session explored techniques such as customer feedback, surveys, and minimum viable products (MVPs) to refine offerings and establish a strong product-market fit. Students were encouraged to think creatively and strategically, using these concepts to build sustainable and competitive business models.
