We are delighted to share that IMS Jammu successfully conducted an insightful session on “Raising Capital and Managing Finance for Startups” under the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) Activity. The session was delivered by Assistant Professor Gurshish Kour, who provided valuable insights into financial planning, fundraising strategies, and financial management for emerging startups.

During the session, participants explored various funding sources, including bootstrapping, angel investors, venture capital, and government schemes, along with essential financial management practices to ensure sustainability and growth. The interactive presentation and real-world examples helped attendees gain a deeper understanding of how to effectively manage startup finances.
