Business idea generation event @ IMS
Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) organized an event “Business Idea Generation” for the MBA students.
For this session, 3 teams of 7 students each were given with the names of companies like Tatas, HUL, and many more.
In the first round, they were supposed to do the SWOT i.e identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the companies. The qualifying teams were given a task to ponder what new product lines or product developments can be done by those companies.
As new ideas can change the dynamics of the business world, so such brainstorming sessions are the need of the hour. The winners were awarded the recognition certificates.
The feedback about the event was gathered by the students wherein they proposed that such brainstorming sessions could enhance their mental skills.
