IMS, Jammu organised Entrepreneurial activity competition – Corporate Stalls

Institute of Management Sciences, Jammu organized an Entrepreneurial activity competition – Corporate Stalls, on 10th November, 2023 under the Institution Innovation Cell.

The major objective of the contest was to inculcate the spirit of Entrepreneurship and Innovation amongst the BBA,BCA and MBA students of IMS. There were multiple teams who set up various stalls. The teams were judged based on ROI—return on their investment and factors such as marketing strategy, pricing strategy, hygiene and innovation. It was a full day contest which was judged by Dr. Meenakshi Sharma and Prof J. R. Dhotra on the basis of above-mentioned parameters. The first prize was bagged by Team comprising Lovish Thakur, Puneet and Divyansh Pratap of who sold Golgappe, Papdi chaat. Second prize was  bagged by Manik Sharma and Shantmanu Sharma  who setup the cupcake and Patti stall.

The Event was attended by the students and faculty of IMS Jammu and YCET.  Er. Vidhi S. Jamwal—Chairman and Er. Renu Bangroo Managing director, Jamwal Group inspected the stalls set up by the students and applauded their efforts. They appreciated the event as the one which will motivate and encourage the students towards Entrepreneurship.
