CORPORATE STALLS CONTEST – 29th October 2022

Institute of Management Sciences, Jammu organized an Entrepreneurial activity competition – Corporate Stalls, on 29^th October, 2022 under the Institution Innovation Cell.

The major objective of the contest was to inculcate the spirit of Entrepreneurship and Innovation amongst the BBA, BCA and MBA students of IMS, Jammu. There were Nine teams in total who set up nine stalls. Out of these, 7 stalls were of Food items, while 1 stall was for decoration while one was for Games. The teams were judged based on ROI—return on their investment and factors such marketing strategy, pricing strategy, hygiene and innovation. It was a full day contest which was judged by Dr. Meenakshi Sharma and Prof J. R. Dhotra on the basis of above-mentioned parameters. The first prize was bagged by Team comprising of Lovish Thakur, Brijeshwar and Divyansh Pratap of BBA 5^th who sold Golgappe, Juice & Chips. Second prize was  bagged by Ayush Sadhu, Aniket Pandita  & Kartik Pandita  of BBA 5^th  who setup the Game stall. The third prize was won by Dhruv Gupta, Raghav Abrol & Krishna Gupta of BBA 3^rd and they sold Fruit chaat and Kachalu in their stall.

The Event was attended by the students and faculty of IMS Jammu and YCET.  Er. Vidhi S. Jamwal—Chairman Jamwal Group inspected the stalls setup by the students and applauded their efforts. He appreciated the event as the one which will motivate and encourage the students towards Entrepreneurship.
