Guest Lecture on “Leveraging Lean Principles for Organizational Growth”

An online Corporate Guest lecture was organized by Management Studies Department of Institute of Management Sciences, Jammu on 26th September, 2020 on the topic “Leveraging Lean Principles for Organizational Growth”.

The Corporate resource person was Mr. Saikat Das – Associate Director, Digital Engineering at Cognizant Bengaluru.

He has more than 20 years of corporate experience in actively partnering with Product, Design, and Technology stakeholders to align their Digital solutions with program objectives within an Agile delivery culture for Fortune rated companies and startups/unicorns in diverse roles.

The webinar was attended by the students and faculty of MBA and BBA courses.
He discussed the importance and application of Lean principles in the growth of any organization. He also explained how business corporations are using Lean concepts for continual improvement and remain relevant in today’s dynamic environment. The webinar ended with an engaging Q & A session with the students and faculty.
