IMS, Jammu Hosts ‘Tejasvi’– A Celebration of Talent and Tradition
The Institute of Management Sciences (IMS), Jammu, held the 8th edition of Tejasvi, its flagship annual event celebrating radiance, talent, and tradition. Named after the Sanskrit word for “radiant,” Tejasvi unites students, faculty, and esteemed guests to honor creativity and excellence.
The event commenced with a warm welcome from hosts Vaibhav and Rashmika. Distinguished attendees included Dr. Meenakshi Sharma, Director of IMS; Er. Dinesh Gupta, Dean Academics of YCET; Prof. J.R. Dhotra; and faculty members from IMS and YCET, underscoring the celebration’s importance.
Coinciding with Diwali, the festival began with a ceremonial lamp lighting symbolizing light’s triumph over darkness.
The event featured captivating dance performances, soulful music, and a glamorous ramp walk, where student models competed for titles like Mr. and Miss Tejasvi. The energy and dedication displayed by participants highlighted IMS’s vibrant spirit and commitment to nurturing talent.
Tejasvi 2024 concluded with cheers and applause, carrying forward IMS’s tradition of celebrating light, culture, and innovation.
